SCRIP Chairman Len Lichvar, of Boswell, is professionally the District Manager of the Somerset Conservation District and a freelance outdoor writer. Voluntarily he serves as the District 4 Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of the PA Fish and Boat Commission, Board member and Stream Improvement Chairman for the Mountain Laurel Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Board member of the Somerset County Conservancy and the Southern Alleghenies Conservancy and is involved in a variety of local sportsman and community service organizations.
